Issue/Introduction

When we send an encrypted email to a recipient and the email is not opened, how many reminder emails are sent to the recipient? 

And is this configurable? 

Resolution

Default configuration: Initial reminder is sent immediately, second reminder is sent at the halfway point of the expiration period and the last reminder is sent a day before the secure email expires.

Customization: Support can contact Echoworx to have the halfway point reminder removed or added.
