Can we use only Change management tool provided by CA 2E to promote code

Issue/Introduction

We are using PTC Implementer tool to promote cool:2E objects . can we use CA 2E Change Management Option and CA 2E Change Management Option to promote the code from Development Server to Production Server

Resolution

2E Change Management Option alone can't do that---you would still need PTC Implementer. 2E Change Management Option is like a API to PTC Implementer so eventually it is PTC Implementer that does the actual promotion.
