Is there a value that can be set to retry a mail send?

Issue/Introduction

mail_undeliverable folder, and I know a good portion of it has nothing really wrong with it. We are seeing this error in the mail_nxd.log :

Mail is going into the mail_undeliverable folder.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : CA Service Desk Manager Maileater

Cause

Email retry interval is not active

Resolution

Go to NX Root

locate ! @NX_EMAIL_RETRY_INTERVAL=600

change it to 
@NX_EMAIL_RETRY_INTERVAL=600

restart daemon
