OneClick Performance issue post Upgrade to 21.2.6

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Spectrum 21.2.6 we are seeing OneClick performance issues.  These issues can be seen when navigating topology where blue models are being seen instead of the device model names.

When checking in the catalina.out we can see many errors such as:

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Cause

Code flaw that passed CORBA requests without usernames resulted in the errors

Resolution

Please request patch 21.2.6_d40 from Support
