Environment

    ERP Agent 12.51 on SAP NW 7.5 on RedHat 7;

Resolution

Make the request to the ERP Agent going through a Web Agent Reverse
Proxy. Make sure that the request is sent to the right SAP Engine
which has the ERP Agent, and that there's no loadbalancer or firewall
blocking access or headers between the Reverse Proxy Web Agent and the
ERP Agent running on SAP Engine.
