alarm or alert when UIM OI connector have issue sending inventory to DX OI SAAS

Issue/Introduction

UIM is integrated with DX OI SAAS. The integration is using oi_connector and apm_bridge to send data to DX OI SAAS. If there is an issue where inventory is not being sent to DX OI SAAS, or having other issues with the inventory either on UIM side, oi_connector/ apm_bridge or DX OI SAAS side, we would like to get an alarm/alert about this situation.
