Can an agent be upgraded through WCC Agent Inventory if it has been marked offline?

Issue/Introduction

If a machine is marked offline due to a MACH_OFFLINE event sent by a user, can the WCC Agent Inventory still be used to upgrade it?

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

If a user sends a MACH_OFFLINE event to put a machine in offline status, it does not block communication between WCC and the agent. As long as the agent is up and WCC can communicate with it, the agent upgrade will work fine from WCC Agent Inventory, even if it is in offline status.
