ACF2 LogonID still associated with STC ID record after Deletion

Issue/Introduction

After deleting the LogonID associated with a STC when the logonid is redefined, the started task gets associated with the LogonID once again...   Why?  Even after deleting the STC ID record, why does it keep showing like it is still there?   

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

When the GSO STC|NOSTC is set to STC if the started task external procedure name (the member name specified in the START command) is defined as a logonid in the ACF2 LOGONID database that logonid will be used, if not defined the GSO DFTSTC(ACFSTCID|lid) logonid will be used. The SHOW STATE STC OPTION=ON|OFF correspond to the GSO STC|NOSTC setting.
