Issue/Introduction

Does the Compliance Event Manager tool's PDS Monitor track and Alert on VSAM datasets along with PDS/PDSE datasets?

Resolution

CEM's PDS Monitor does not include the monitoring of VSAM files.  However, various USS File Systems (linear vsam files) event based activity can be reported.  If interested please review the following link:
