Issue/Introduction

 

Cluster is having errors starting up, primary node is up but secondary is giving error :

Credential Manager startup waiting for master site to replicate

Environment

Release : 3.4

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

 

Looks like is unable to replicate the database, so cluster is not starting up well.

Secondary modes remain no active and in red colour in GUI.

Found that site table has missing entries caused the nodes to be in in-active state and users not able to view/checkout credentials

Resolution

 

Open a case in support

It is needed to login into the appliance via ssh and run some commands to insert the missing entries into the database
