Processes profiles deployed via MCS are not generating alarms

Issue/Introduction

We are monitoring oracle processes on a server using the process probe.  For the name we are using "ora_smon*" and want to generate an alert when the process is down. 

Using the MCS policy; I have created a policy with the state of ">1".

There are two ora_smon that have been shut down and I don't see any alerts.

Component : UIM - ALARM POLICY

Resolution

When the process is down the value returned is zero and one when it is up.

Set either Threshold setting below to generate alarms when processes are not running
