Issue/Introduction

We have a problem with a Linux server that we have taken down (removed). When deleting this server from the UIM Infrastructure Manager (IM) interface ("delete" option) it does not disappear from the list of robots and the inactive robot alerts appear again.

And the robot still appears and we get a new "Robot Inactive" alert:

Could you tell us how to force the elimination of this agent?

Environment

Release : any version

Component : Robot

Cause

- procedural

Resolution

If the robot is listed under its parent hub, open the hub GUI and see if its listed under the Robots Tab. Then rt-click on the robot and remove it.

Additional Information

This removed the robot for the customer and the robot inactive alarms ceased.
