Issue/Introduction

Critical alarms are being opened and then acknowledged (by spectrumgtw) and then closed whenever they are generated despite the fact that the threshold for disk free is still breached.

Cause

- separate (additional) instance of the spectrumgtw probe running within the same domain pointing to the same Spectrum server

Resolution

The root cause of cdm alarms being closed over and over despite the threshold for disk free still being breached was a separate instance of the spectrumgtw probe running in the same UIM domain for a 9.2 install (Pre-Prod vs Prod). So it was connecting to the same instance of Spectrum and causing false alarm close behavior.

- Deactivate older/duplicate instance of the spectrumgtw probe

Once we deactivated the other instance of spectrumgtw connecting to the Spectrum server, then the alarms stopped being acknowledged and closed by the spectrumgtw and the alarm counts began to increase (as expected).
