Issue/Introduction

ESP Workstation director closing automatically after subscribing to all jobs on all LPARS.  

Environment

Component: ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION Workstation
Release:   11.3 

Cause

ESP User profile corrupted.

Resolution

1. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Cybermation\ESP Workstation\User Profiles and deleted all user profiles.
2. Logon back to the CA WA Workstation then connect to all normal LPARS.
3. Go to Options - Save the user profile AS the name you want to use.
3. Logout of all, then logon back into CA Workstation and connect to all.
