Issue/Introduction

The procedure DT_SETPROPERTYBYID is found as invalid in the Applications Manager database schema.

APPWORX.DT_SETPROPERTYBYID - error PLS-00216 NUMBER precision constraint must be in range (1 .. 38)

This is not a default Applications Manager object.

Cause

The procedure DT_SETPROPERTYBYID is not a Applications Manager default object. It is believed that this object is created in Oracle when users connect to the database using a Microsoft tool such as Microsoft Access or Visio Studio.
