XML support 00117E Column has unsupported datatype

Issue/Introduction

Hi,

We are getting an error  'Column has unsupported datatype'.

 

00070I   Report page limit set to      9999             
00117E   Column has unsupported datatype E2Z_TRESC      
00117E   Column has unsupported datatype E2Z_TRESC      
00001E   Validation failed, processing abandoned        

The column is in XML format and we even don't want to mask it.

Is there any chance to solve this issue in TDM like bypass validation or something?

TDM Mainframe 4.X

Component : Masking  GTXMSKL
Program         GTXMSKL   
Program version 5.1.13    
Program date    2018-07-04

Cause

Currently, TDM does not support datatype E2Z_TRESC for DB2 on the mainframe

Resolution

Currently, we do not support the datatype E2Z_TRESC for DB2 on the mainframe and currently there is no plans to add a work around or support
