Issue/Introduction

The following error appears when trying to open a folder with double-click: 

(Fehler=Error, Schliessen=Close)

Right-click > Open works

All users are affected.

Environment

Release : 12.3.7

Resolution

The issue was resolved by restarting Tomcat.
