Partition List on Index Alter panel too small in RC/Update

Issue/Introduction
The number of rows in the Partition List scrollable area at the bottom of the RC/Migrator for Db2 for z/OS (RCM) 'Index Alter' panel is limited to only two rows.
For an Index with a large number of partitions, this is very restricting.
How can this scrollable work area be increased so that more partitions are listed.
Resolution
Use the PFSHOW and HEADER commands to increase the work area.
The HEADER command will toggle the existence of the top portion of the screen ON and OFF. This is the non-scrollable portion of the screen that is immediately above and
detached from the scrollable area. Removing the Header area will increase the size of the scrollable work area and list additional partitions.
The PFSHOW OFF will remove the function key area if it is currently displayed. This again will increase the size of the scrollable work area and list additional partitions.
