Generating passtickets for z/OS Connect

Issue/Introduction
In order to connect to z/OS Connect, applications will be passing a specific user name and password, via the product's BAQUSERNAME and BAQPASSWORD Language Option variables.
Is it possible to use passtickets instead of a password for this?

Resolution
The r_ticketserv callable function can be used to generate a passticket, by calling RACF module IRRSPK00.
