KBL Audit Manager not restart on Solaris11.4 NGZ

CA Privileged Identity Management Endpoint (PIM)

Issue/Introduction

On Solaris 11.4 non global zone, KBL Audit Manager starts normally on the first run after reboot, but it doesn't start when PIM is restarted.
This happens continuously once it happens by PIM restart. and the server has to be rebooted  to recover from the problem.
 
Following error appears on seload again and again:
 ERROR: Failed to initialize KBL Audit Manager.
 
and audit log shows following denied log again and again:
 24 Dec 2021 14:45:19 D FILE         root       Write     995 10 /opt/CA/AccessControl/log/kbl.audit /opt/CA/AccessControl/bin/seagent                   root

Environment

Release : 12.8 SP1
Component : CA ControlMinder - Solaris

Resolution

This is fixed in DE525476 and testfix (T5C1181) was provided
