Issue/Introduction

The customer would like to have more detailed information about Broadcom Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) Antivirus / Anti-malware systems and capabilities.

Resolution

Cloud SWG uses Symantec antivirus and anti-malware engines (also known as Stargate).

We are also using ClamAV antivirus scan engine in dual mode (by default both Symantec and ClamAV engines are used).
