New UX Issue when Xogging in OBS Units

Issue/Introduction

New UX is unresponsive when performing a XOG of OBS units. Steps to reproduce this issue are as follows: 

1. Login to Clarity PPM
2. Create an New OBS which is used for Security Rights and associate with Project Object
3. Create a Custom Investment Object named 'cust_inv'
4. Create an MVL attribute on the Investment object and enable it for API access
5. Navigate to New UX -> Administration -> Attributes
6. Search for the MVL attribute and secure it under object Cust_INV
7. Secure few other attributes under object cust_inv
8. XOG IN multiple OBS Units to the newly created OBS in Step 2
9. Access New UX/Refresh New UX Page
