SOI not displaying complete message

Issue/Introduction

Noticed that the SOI connector is cutting off characters cutting off characters when sending it to ITSM.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

In ITPAM, change the field to 199 characters due to limit set in ITSM.

RemedyITSM.description.substring(0,99)

to

RemedyITSM.description..substring(0,199)
