Create Index throws a syntax error for TDM Datamaker

Issue/Introduction

When creating a table and creating its index, the "create index" has bad syntax and I have to manually correct it.. 

For example, if the table being created is dbo.app_alert, the create index says Create Index dbo.IX_app_alert.  The create fails, and the "dbo." must be removed to correct this.

Resolution

This has been fixed in Datamaker 4.9.1035.0.
