Migration Phase 2 Fails due to SP2-0667 and SP2-0750

Issue/Introduction

Run the Migration Utility: migrateEnforce.bat

Migration fails on Phase 2 with following error: 

SP2-0667: Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
SP2-0750: You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory

Environment

O/S: Windows Server 

Cause

DLP was unable to locate the sqlplus.exe command based on your existing "PATH" variables. 

You should be able to successfully run the sqlplus.exe from any location on the command prompt if your variables are set correctly..

Resolution

1. Create a new variable ORACLE_HOME

Example: C:\\Oracle19c\product\19.0.0.0\client_1

2. Set your PATH Variable to include the path of your Oracle base installer - Ensure you include the BIN directory
