Issue/Introduction

We keep seeing UIM spectrumgtw probe send alarms regarding Services, Disk, Robot inactive to the Spectrum console and then they clear themselves with a minus. Is there a timeout we can set on the UIM side? Alarms in the UIM console seem to be updating very rapidly, clearing then reappearing.

Deployed nas v9.34HF1.

Enabled GET queues for alarm queues that had been disabled for upstream hubs in 2 locations.

ATTACH-GET queues then began to drain effectively and continued to drain.

Disabled qos_processor queues for HA node which should not be enabled after failback to Primary. HA config should be adjusted as per the HA guide I've shared with NYCB.

Acknowledged all alarms.

Alarm operations normalized.

Also tuned the data_engine:
set data_engine hub_bulk_size from 20 to 1750 and set thread_count_size to 24, both for optimal QOS message processing.
