Issue/Introduction

We deployed Windows Services (Enhanced) profiles and noted that both probe and policy alarm alerts are being generated.

How can we disable ntservices probe alerts so only alarm policy alerts are generated?

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - ALARM POLICY

Resolution

ntservices probe level alarms can be disabled by setting Action to ignore in the Windows Services (Enhanced) profile and UIM only produced Alarm Policy alerts
