Issue/Introduction

An LPAR was lost due to CSA exhaustion. 

Leading up to the problem, there were 123,814 x90 byte areas obtained by RMOASPEP with PQE eyecatchers in them.

Resolution

It was explained that there needed to be fewer execution classes specified in the RMOPARM JOBCLSL=... parameter. 

It was also suggested about placing RMOSTC in a higher dispatching class.
