ISIM adapter SRC/DRC of 04-1F receives TSS0920E messages

Issue/Introduction

Installing a new version of ISIM adapter and during the reconciliation process the following messages are received:

catssAdm: Top Secret returned TSS0920E R_admin Internal error. Rsn= 8
racfAdm: finished duplicating
issueRadmin duplicate output returned 5
issueRadmin: safRC = 8, racfRC = 16, racfReason = 8, returning rc = 5
issueRadmin: safRC = 8, racfRC = 16, racfReason = 8, returning rc = 5
tsoCmd: command execution failed

The audit log shows many violations with accessor ID of *UNDEF* and SRC/DRC of 04-1F.

Resolution

The ISIM UNIX binaries had not been marked APF authorized. The commands to mark them APF had failed during the installation. 
 After re-running the commands under superuser, it is working correctly.
