How to disable WSS Agent (WSSA) temporarily for a particular user/system/IP ?
You can disable the WSS Agent for a specific PC or user from WSS Portal:
Login to WSS Portal -> click Connectivity -> click Agents (here you can search for a particular PC/user/IP address)
Click "Actions" (on the right)
Click "Disable" and specify how many minutes you want to disable it.
If you are not able to locate particular system in the search above, you can visit WSS Agent UI on that system -> click 'About' tab -> copy 'Installation ID' and search that on WSS Portal.
