GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR MOD ENTRY ACFAEPRM IN SYSMOD RO99138.  
GIM31901I    SYSMOD RO99138 DOES NOT SPECIFY SO07184 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND. 
O07184 IS THE RMID FOR MOD ACFAEPRM THAT IS CURRENTLY INSTALLED.   
GIM22601I    APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD RO99138.

Cause

SO07184 was applied and accepted with bypass pre and therefore the pre-reqs were not applied.

Resolution

Instructions received from IBM -
RECEIVE BYPASS(APPLYCHECK,ACCEPTCHECK) SO07184 again
to resolve message "SO07184 IS NOT IN THE GLOBAL ZONE"

Then apply redo SO07184 will resolve the issue
