How to set up email alerts for MySQL APMIA agent?

These are steps to set up email alerts for MySQL APMIA agent metrics:

1- Configure Email Channel

2- Create management module

2- Create alert (this will also let you create Metric Groupings).
In APM UI -> Metric view, go to metric and select the metric in left hand side.
When you right click on the metric, there is an option to set up alert on the selected metric.
