Issue/Introduction

For a ASM monitor, we have been consistently seeing these errors happening on daily basis and this is impacting our SLA. The monitor runs from several geo-locations from North America.

From ASM logs, we are seeing this trend of login errors after we click on the "Sign In" button.  

(5291) Script failed at step 2. Assertion failed after 30 seconds.

Resolution

We Checked that log error and the latest log error.

Both could not resolve this host https://<hostname>/

Unable to resolve host: <hostname>:443 unknown
