So there are these two patches that we can see :

Layer7_API_SSG_Platform_Update_64bit_v10.1.00-CentOS_2022-02-02.L7P

Layer7_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v10.X-CentOS-2022-01-26.L7P

So the questions that we have:

Can we apply the regular platform upgrade patch along with the one that was released for addressing the log4j vulnerability patch at the same time?

Is there any dependency on these patches or on the CR01 patch, i.e do we need apply these in any specific order or are they independent of each other?

Can we apply the regular platform upgrade patch along with the one that was released for addressing the log4j vulnerability patch at the same time?

The v10.1.00 (02-02) is 10.1 only patch if you are on a 10.1 system (cr or base) you can apply this. If you are 10.0 you will need to wait until 10.0 only is available expected in March of 2022. Both of these can be applied at the same time if you are on 10.1.

Is there any dependency on these patches or on the CR01 patch, i.e do we need apply these in any specific order or are they independent of each other?

There is no dependent order either one can be applied or can be applied in any order there is no dependency on each other as you note 02-02 is SSG_Platform or /opt/SecureSpan/Platform, and 01-26 is the regular o/s platform patch.  Since they do not patch the same files/directories so installing 02-02 does not include the 1-26 patch. They are independent entities.
