"An unknown error occurred" error message as result for any saved Report

Issue/Introduction

You want to export/save any "Report" from the SEP Manager, but when opening the exported file, "An unknown error occurred." is showing as error message.

Environment

SEPM version below 14.3 RU4 affected.

Cause

Issue within the "php.ini" file and the "include_path".

Resolution

Upgrade to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 14.3 RU4. 

Contact support if upgrade is not an option.
