OWB Error "Cannot start or find the Java 1.8 JRE (-3). The 1.8 JRE may not have been installed or the registry may be incorrect"

Issue/Introduction

Starting OWB gives the below error. 

"Cannot start or find the Java 1.8 JRE (-3). The 1.8 JRE may not have been installed or the registry may be incorrect"

Environment

Release : 15.9.3

Component :

Cause

This is caused by incorrect Schedule Connect and OWB architecture. If you install 64 bit of schedule connect you will see this issue.

Resolution

Uninstall Schedule Connect and install the 32 - bit version of scheduled connect to resolve this issue.
