PAMSC Patch Information Remains After Running uninstall.sh

Issue/Introduction

The PAMSC endpoint was uninstalled using uninstall.sh, but the uxpatcher information is still present.

Resolution

SE updated uninstall.sh so it would include uxpatcher removal starting with build 14.10.40.39 of PAMSC.
