OI Connector for Performance Management fails run after install

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded PM from 21.2.1 to 21.2.7 and OI connector to 2.1.5

PM start and runs fine - OI connector will not start

After upgrade to the r21.2.7 DX NetOps Performance Management release the OI Connector was upgraded to the 2.1.5 version.

When starting it the service shuts down and fails to remain running. Why won't the connector service stay running?

In the OI Connector wrapper log file we see errors like this.

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management OI Connector releases

Cause

Old OI Connector version was not uninstalled before installing the new OI Connector version.

Resolution

Uninstall the old OI Connector and restart the new OI Connector services.
