Does Faver require an LMP key to process the GVRESTOR of a VSAM exported cluster?

We have some VSAM backups that need to be kept for 10 years.

In case of need of restoration, is usage of GVRESTOR possible without a LMP key for FAVER ?

Faver does not require and LMP key for restoring any exported VSAM file.

Faver does requires an LMP key for an export of a VSAM file.
