Resolution
Check below variables set
1. ORACLE_HOME
2. LD_LIBRARY_PATH
3. PATH variable with Oracle bin folder
In this aspect below resolved the Issue:
set PATH variable with $ORACLE_HOME/bin and than ran autobcp command
