Are OME encrypted emails monitored by DLP

Issue/Introduction

We have the following case that we need to address it with the DLP infrastructure.

Within the group, the users have the possibility to send encrypted OME emails. What will be the possibility to decrypt those emails with the DLP  16.0 version?

Does Symantec have in the product offer an application, add-on or product that can perform this email decryption and provides the email with attachment as evidence in a readable format to be analyzed?

Resolution

At this time DLP does not support or have the capability to inspect Office 365 Message Encryption (OME) emails.
