Issue/Introduction

We are unable to find SMS notification channel in DX APM  Request you to please check and confirm whether this option is available in DX APM or not.

The AIOPs products do not implement SMS platforms. We normally rely on sending out emails or webhooks that can trigger SMS on an external platform.
