Issue/Introduction

What time zone is used within the body of SNMP traps sent from AAI?

Environment

Release : 6.4.2

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE ENGINE

Resolution

Prior to 6.4.2, AAI would only use the AAI server's time zone within the body of traps.

 

After upgrading to 6.4.2, this will change and will reflect the time zone of the Scheduler within the body of the trap.

 

This is especially helpful when you have multiples schedulers in AAI with different Time Zones.

 

This can be overridden at the Jobstream level by editing a jobstream and going to the Alerts tab.
