OC tomcat crashes when the DX OI integration is enabled

Issue/Introduction

We had multiple OneClick servers crash with Out Of Memory messages and hprof were generated after enabling the DX OI integration.

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Cause

The integration was enabled to a load balancer VIP.

Resolution

The OI integration was configured to a load balancer VIP with 3 OC.  The tasks for each OC were being processed and returned to all OC exhausting the memory.  

The solution is to create one dedicated OneClick that will integrate with DX OI and use that OC only for the integration.
