pdmweb.exe Web UI Access displays the directory list instead of SDM UI login page

Issue/Introduction
When end users enter the CAisd url http://sdm-server/CAisd, it displays the file list instead of login page
The web server is IIS 10.
How to configure IIS to show the login page?
Environment
Release : 17.3
Component : Service Desk Manager
Resolution
You would need to add pdmweb.exe file as a top priority order file in /CAisd application. Please refer to this MS web page for details
