OC does not install

Issue/Introduction

The OC installer hangs with the error  "The selected robot doesn't contain cryptkey entry in .cfg file" 

However, on the selected host, the robot.cfg contains the correct path to the pem file. 

Environment

Release : 20.4  on RHEL 8.

Component : UIM - ROBOT_EXE

Cause

Firewall blocking communication 

Resolution

Turn off the firewall on the OC server and run the install again.

If the firewall cannot be disabled ensure ports 48000 to 48100 are open bi-directionally in the Firewall configuration.
