OC does not install

Issue/Introduction

OC installer hangs with with the error  "The selected robot doesn't contain cryptkey entry in .cfg file",

although on the selected host the robot.cfg contains the correct path to the pem file. 

Installation of Hub and robot/OC is both on RHEL 8.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - ROBOT_EXE

Resolution

Turned off firewall on the OC  servers   installer completed correctly

Additional Information

Ensure  (ports 48000 – 48002 are open) in the fire wall configuration
