Enabling business rule in blueprint results in ERR for result records on modern UI project list view

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to utilize "current user" in the business rule you are getting an error "API-1019 : Could not process the request due to internal error".

Steps to reproduce this behaviour are as follows: 

1. In MUX create business rule on project object.
2. In the rule add condition for Manager attribute not equals to Current User.
3. Rule Action to disable editing attributes and choose project name.
4. Save Rule and Publish Blueprint
5. Assign this modified blueprint to any project
6. Navigate to Projects in MUX and attempt to refresh to get the project list, notice you don't see any projects and ERR

Expected Results: It should be able to apply the rule and list projects

Actual Results: API-1019 : Could not process the request due to internal error.

DE64093, Upon Engineering review this is already planned to be addressed in the upcoming release 16.0.2.
