Application Discovery Not working - can't enable groups

Issue/Introduction

Tried to enable Application Discovery.  When doing so, I click (select) the appropriate checkboxes and then click Save. 

Several minutes later a message pops up that says "Save Successful", however, the checkbox for the application  becomes unchecked.  In addition, no application groups are visible in the OC.

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - WASP & CORE

Resolution

This issue is related to an issue with the nis_server probe that usually occurs after an upgrade.

Restarting (deactivate/activate) the nis_server probe on the primary hub should resolve the issue.
