Issue/Introduction

Installed Top Secret for one of the development systems the following dump title.

 started tasks because they are not getting a userid assigned on the started task that has OMVS segment:

IEF695I START TCPPROC  WITH JOBNAME TCPPROC  IS ASSIGNED TO USER ++++++++

don't know why this is not getting assigned to user STCOMVS:

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

USER ++++++++ indicates the started task TCPPROC  starts before TSS is fully
initialized and it then runs in bypass, which is why it appears that
security is already in place.
As long as you are ok with the started task bypassing security, there isn't
anything you need to to do for this.
Once Top secret is fully initialized any instances reported of the acid will
be the correct acid.
