Issue/Introduction

How to shutoff metrics in SaaS?

Environment

DX Application Performance Management SaaS and on-premises

 

Resolution

1) Login into https://axa.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com/sppclient/#/login

2) Select "Application Performance Management"

3) Go to the settings tab on the left side and click on "Downloads"

4) You will see the below screen, select Workstation and download it:

5) After unzipping it, it will be configured as default with your SaaS credentials, only put your user and pass to login.

6) Go to the Metric View, search for these metrics, do a right click on the EC2 metrics and select "Shut Off", for further see:

It should reflect in your SaaS UI after a couple of hours.
